Business registration in Kenya and Uganda

We register your business with BRS in Kenya or URSB in Uganda, keep you updated at every step, and store your certificates in a secure client login.

What we register

  • Business names for sole proprietors and partnerships
  • Private companies limited by shares
  • Companies limited by guarantee, often used by non-profits
  • Public companies
  • Limited liability partnerships in Kenya
  • Foreign companies opening a branch in Kenya or Uganda, including Kenyan companies expanding to Uganda and Ugandan companies expanding to Kenya

After registration

We can also look after your company's ongoing obligations in either country so it stays in good standing:

  • Filing annual returns
  • Beneficial ownership information filings
  • Changing directors, shareholders, company name or registered office
  • Increasing share capital and issuing shares
  • Trademark registration for your business name and logo
